Jean-Marc Sheitoyan is an innovation and advanced technology leader who helps defense, aerospace, and national security organizations translate breakthrough technologies into mission-critical operational capabilities.

He leads collaborative innovation programs that connect government, industry, and academia to accelerate mission-driven technology development and strengthen innovation ecosystems.

With more than 18 years of experience across defense, aerospace, and advanced technology environments, Jean-Marc has delivered complex R&D initiatives from early concept through operational deployment. His work focuses on aligning research organizations, engineering teams, industry partners, and government stakeholders to advance emerging capabilities and coordinate multidisciplinary programs across sectors.

He has contributed to and led collaborative innovation initiatives with organizations such as the Wright Brothers Institute, the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), supporting both emerging technologies and STEM talent development pipelines.

Jean-Marc is bilingual in English and French and has international experience collaborating with government, industry, and research institutions across North America and Europe.
