As the Founder of Sound of Joy!, a groundbreaking initiative reinventing early childhood and K-6 education through creativity, play, and holistic well-being, he is channeling his expertise toward shaping learning environments that nurture curiosity, purpose, and joy.

 

With more than 18 years of experience leading innovation in the defense and technology sectors, including collaborations with the U.S. government on biomimetic and wearable systems, Jean-Marc has a proven track record of pioneering R&D breakthroughs. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he is known for bringing bold ideas to life through meticulous planning, cross-sector collaboration, and design thinking.

 

Jean-Marc’s international experience spans over 15 countries, deepening his cultural intelligence and adaptability, qualities he now applies to building inclusive, globally aware learning models. In addition to his entrepreneurial work, he has designed and taught e-learning courses such as Possibility in Motion and GodLight, which empower individuals to lead with awareness, unlock creativity, and catalyze transformation in their lives and communities.
