Jean-Marc Sheitoyan is an innovation and advanced technology leader who helps defense, aerospace, and national security organizations translate breakthrough technologies into mission-critical operational capabilities.
He leads collaborative innovation programs connecting government, industry, and academia to accelerate high-impact technology development and strengthen innovation ecosystems. His approach also integrates applied artificial intelligence to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.
With nearly 20 years of experience across defense, aerospace, and advanced technology environments, Jean-Marc has delivered complex R&D initiatives from early concept through operational deployment. He specializes in aligning research organizations, engineering teams, industry partners, and government stakeholders to advance emerging capabilities and coordinate multidisciplinary programs.
He has contributed to and led collaborative innovation initiatives with organizations such as U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and the Wright Brothers Institute, notably through his work at Mawashi Science & Technology, supporting both emerging technologies and STEM talent development pipelines.
Jean-Marc is bilingual in English and French and has international experience collaborating with government, industry, and research organizations across North America and Europe.
